事关：校门开放、学生仪容及校园防疫SOP事宜

一、上课时间校门开放情形（学校假期或公共假期没有开放）：

备注：

（1）为了学生的安全，本校校门的开放时间经校方谨慎考量才决定，请家长配合上述时间进出校园。若引起不便，敬请见谅。

（2）侧门只供学生上下车，请家长勿在巴士站附近停泊车辆或停留，以免阻塞交通。

（3）上课时间内，家长若有事到校，请从侧门B进入校园，并配合学校相关防疫规定。

（4）为了学生安全，家长不可走上教学大楼。任何事情，请洽行政办公室秘书。

二、服装及发型规定：上课期间，学生须穿整齐校服及黑色绑带校鞋。凡仪表不整或发型不合格者，一律请家长带回，直至合格才可返校。

三、符合以下（1）或（2）项的学生，请勿到校，寻求相关医疗协助，并通知班导师或训导处请假：

（1）学生本身确诊（Type A）、进行隔离中（Type B）或家中有人进行隔离中（Type C）；

（2）身体不适者，如咳嗽、发烧、呼吸困难等相关症状。

四、校园防疫：

（1）学生MySejahtera状态必须为“低风险、无症状Low risk, no symptom（蓝色）”，方可到校上课。

（2）学生若确诊，须通知各班班导师（即使在假期中），并附上相关文件，供学校记录及存档。

（3）未接种疫苗的学生，须每个星期一及星期四在学校接受新冠病毒自我检测，试剂盒费用（RM10）由学生承担。学生可自行携带获我国卫生部批准的试剂盒，但须在学校进行有关检测。

（4）凡学生进入本校，全程须佩戴口罩。

（5）进入教室前，须到学校楼梯“脸部体温检测器”测量体温，符合标准方能进入教室。

（6）体温达37.5^oC或以上者，须到Block B暂时隔离区休息，经学校老师再测仍不符合标准，家长须带回就医。

（7）同学间避免群聚、过位或过班，并与他人保持1米人身距离。

（8）禁止在食堂堂食，欢迎家长让孩子带便当（疫情间，家长不可送餐），或在食堂购买/预购食物，在课室享用。

（9）家长送孩子到校后，请立即离开；等孩子放学时，请在篮球场等候，不要在校园走动。

（10）家长若需要到行政办公室处理要事，请佩戴口罩、测量体温及扫描MySejahtera（低风险、无症状Low risk, no symptom（蓝色）者才能进入学校）。

五、以上防疫指南，本校将依教育部最新SOP而更新。若有更改，将另行通知。

六、凡初一学生或3月份才转入的学生，3月21日到校后，须先到Block B测量体温，才进入教室。其余学生则自行到学校楼梯“脸部体温检测器”测量体温。

Dear Teachers, Parents & Students,

School Gate Opening, Dress Code and SOP

1. School gate opening hours (not open during school holidays or public holidays):

Remark:

• The opening hours of the school gates are as such after much consideration and for the safety of our students. Parents kindly take note when entering and exiting the school. Apology for any inconvenience caused.
• The side gate is only for student drop-off and pick-up. Parents are advised not to park or stop near the bus stop to avoid traffic congestion.
• During school hours, should parents need to come to school, please enter through Gate B and comply with the school’s SOP.
• For the safety of students, parents are not allowed to walk up to the main building. For assistance, please go to the Administrative Office.

2. Dress code & hairstyle: Students must wear neat school uniforms and black lace shoes. Students who are not in appropriate dress and appearance shall be banned from the school until correction is made.
3. Students in either of the following situation do not come to school and should seek medical assistance. Please notify the form teacher or apply leave through the Discipline Department:

(a)  Student who has been diagnosed (Type A), is in quarantine (Type B), or has family member having           self-quarantine at home (Type C);

(b)  Student who is unwell or has symptoms such as cough, fever, breathing difficulties and others.

4. SOP:

• Only students with MySejahtera status of “Low risk, no symptom (blue)” can go to school.
• In case of positive diagnosis, please notify your form teacher (even during school holiday) and attach relevant documents for school filing purposes.
• For students who are not vaccinated, they have to do self-test at their own expense (RM10) when they arrive at school on Mondays and Thursdays. Students can bring their own test-kits (certified by MOH) but they need to perform the test at school.
• Students need to wear masks at all times.
• Before entering the classroom, students must have the temperature taken at the face-recognition terminal. If the temperature is below 37.5^oC, students may proceed to classrooms.
• If the temperature is over 37.5^oC, student has to proceed to the isolation area in Block B and wait for teacher to take the temperature again. If the temperature remains over 37.5^oC, parents will be notified and student should seek medical attention.
• Students should avoid grouping, are not allowed to move around in class or between classes, and keep a physical distance of 1 meter from others.
• The school canteen is not open for dine in. Students are encouraged to bring boxed lunch to school (parents are not allowed to deliver meals during pandemic), or buy/pre-order food from the canteen and have meals in the classroom.
• Parents should leave immediately after dropping their children. For picking up, parents can wait at the basketball court and should not wander around the campus.
• Should parents need to go to the administrative office, please wear a mask, have body temperature taken and scan MySejahtera (only those in status of ‘low risk, no symptom (blue)’ are allowed to go in).

5. The above is subject to change according to the latest SOP from MOE and will be announced later.
6. All Junior One students and other new students enrolled in March, upon arrival at school on 21^st March, please go to Block B (ground floor of main building) to measure the temperature (before entering the classroom). The rest of the students can go to the “face recognition terminal” at the stairs for temperature taking.
7. Please find the attachments of a bird’s-eye view of the school, classroom allocation and SOP of COVID-19 preventive measures at KKMS.
